Well, this takes a little bit of preparation time because you need to set up some sort of obstacle course for the teams to go through. But after that, all you need to do is give each team a balloon (or can also be done individually by having the youth put the balloon between their legs) and have them lodge it between the two of them. Once the balloon is secure, have them race against another team to get through the obstacle course.
